I'm not building a website for a hostel I met over a video call. I probably slept in a place like yours last week — and I'll sleep in another one next week. I know the guest's journey because it's also mine.

Código Itinerante was born from a simple trade.
I travel around Brazil building digital solutions for real businesses — and in exchange, I get what I need on the road: a place to stay. Wherever my legs take me, the project goes too. I don't just want to pass through places; I want to be part of them.
Starting with whoever hosts me every week: hostels.

Many times I wanted to book directly with the hostel, because I knew it would be cheaper for me and better for the business. I'd look for a WhatsApp number, try to find trustworthy photos, understand the rooms, confirm the location. The information was scattered across social media, maps, and booking platforms. After a while of searching, I'd give up — and book through the platform.
That's commission: 10% to 25% per booking, straight out of the hostel's pocket. Every guest who books through your WhatsApp is commission that stays with you.
