It depends on your hostel's actual nightly rate. We work it out together and settle on that number right in our first WhatsApp conversation, before any work begins.
It doesn't have to be a professional production — but the site ends up exactly as good-looking as the photos and videos you send me. There's no magic that turns bad material into a beautiful site. If your hostel's photos are already good, even if shot on a phone, that's enough.
You follow the build and get four rounds of revisions throughout the process — not just one look at the end. By the time we've used those rounds and the site is delivered, it already reflects what we adjusted together.
Yes. We sign a simple agreement, in plain language — no legalese — before I start working. It spells out what each side does, the timelines, and what happens in each situation. It can be signed electronically or on paper, whichever you prefer.
Just one: your hostel's .com.br domain (around R$40 per year) — registered in your name from the start. After delivery, you still get 15 days with the right to one small free adjustment — swapping a photo, fixing some text. Bigger changes, or requests after that window, are arranged separately.
The domain is yours from the start — you register it yourself, with your CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), following my instructions. The code runs on my hosting, but the site is built for you: if you ever want to take it to another developer, I'll prepare an independent copy of your site for that, at no cost, within the timeframe set out in the contract.
The site stays online indefinitely — even if you haven't migrated to your own domain yet. It only comes down if you ask, or if I ask. And it also shows up as a real case study in my portfolio, here at codigoitinerante.com.br.
